Terms & Conditions:
Before the ReturnNet System can be activated, the emptier must understand & agree to the following terms:

  1. All IBCs are to be double stacked on trailer.  Failure to double stack will cause freight charges to be billed to the emptier.
  2. If quantity of IBC changes, approval must be gained by calling 888-758-7447.  The driver can not authorize the change.  Unauthorized increases in quantity will change freight cost.  Additional cost will be billed back to the shipper.  Call first!
  3. If the cage top is scrap, a disposal charge of $55 will be applied.
  4. All openings on each empty container must be closed and properly sealed.  If product leakage / spill occur during transit, a minimum $250.00 trailer clean-up fee will be charged.
  5. Product labels are required on each container.
  6. Any remaining Product will be charged a disposal handling fee to the shipper at $10 per gallon for Non-hazardous product, and $15 per gallon for Hazardous product.  If you would like a container returned to you, there will be a $250 "Return Handling Fee", plus return freight cost.  This would be for 8 containers or less.  If more than 8 are returned, the cost would be the $250, plus an additional $30 per container beginning with the 9th container, plus return freight cost.
  7. A container that carried material identified by EPA as acutely toxic (e.g. many pesticide products) must be triple rinsed before recycling.  If the container, containing such product, is received and not triple rinsed, a charge of $200 will be charged before recycling.
  8. A Bill of Lading will be faxed back to you within 3 days to sign and give to the driver assigned to your pick up.  ALL FREIGHT SHIPPED OTHERWISE WILL BE BILLED AT THE SHIPPER'S EXPENSE.  Allow 5 days for pick up.
  9. Placards are to be provided to the carrier at time of pickup if you are returning DOT Hazardous Materials.
